(1) We operate on a calendar day basis for outstation trips, considering one calendar day as a 24-hour period from 00:00 Hrs to 23:59 Hrs. We include a 4-5 hours buffer for travel to and from Bangalore, and additional day billing is applicable for distances beyond 300 Kms.
(2) Driver Batta Charges:
When you hire a cab from 00:00 Hrs to 23:59 Hrs, three driver battas apply:
1) Day Driver Batta – Mandatory charge from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
2) Early Morning Batta – Between 00:00 Hrs to 06:00 Hrs, only if the driver drives.
3) Late Night Batta – Between 22:00 Hrs to 23:59 Hrs, only if the driver drives. Note: Night Driver Batta is for driving, not staying.
(3) Customer Guidelines:
– No smoking or drinking in our cabs.
– Loud music is prohibited.
– Rash driving is not allowed; drivers follow speed limits.
– No self-driving; our cabs are strictly driver-driven.
– Restricted entry to prohibited areas.
– AC may be turned off in ghat sections.
– Outstation cabs should not be used for Bangalore city travel.
– No illegal items; customers are responsible for any violations.
– Follow local restrictions; cooperate with drivers.
– No obligation to pay for driver stay and food.
– Keep the interiors clean; penalties for food waste.
– Control children to avoid damage charges.
(4) Give Respect – Take Respect:
Treat our drivers well for a good experience. Assistance with luggage is at the driver’s discretion.
(5) Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Refunds based on cancellation time:
1) 24 hours prior – 100% refund with bank charges deducted.
2) 12 hours prior – No refund.
3) No show – No refund.
(6) Cab Breakdown:
In case of breakdown, customers can close the trip, make their own arrangements, and may receive a replacement cab based on the situation.
(7) Booking and Settlements:
Book through our website or call; confirm with advance payment (cash, UPI, or bank transfer). Settle all payments immediately after the trip; no credit is allowed.
(8) ODO Meter & Hours Usage:
Detailed guidelines on Odo meter usage for outstation, local, and airport trips. No acceptance of Google Maps-based Kms; customers responsible for odometer readings.
(9) Driver’s Needs:
While we don’t require payment for driver food and stay, provide sufficient time for their basic needs during breaks.
(10) Communication with Drivers:
Keep drivers informed about travel plans, especially in low network areas. Clear communication avoids issues.
(11) Inter-State Permits:
National or State Permits are required for inter-state travel. Customers may need to provide cash for permits, and waiting times may occur at state borders. Strict adherence to inter-state permit rules to avoid penalties.
Additionally:
– Opening and closing KMs and time are calculated from our office to our office.
– A minimum of 300 KMs should be covered per day for out-station trips; otherwise, additional charges apply.
– Extra allowance should be provided after 10 PM.
– Toll and parking permit charges will be borne by the party.
– We are not liable for any loss of luggage.
